My Favorite Shots of 2026 (So Far)…
At the end of each year I always try to pick my favourite 10 shots of the year. It's a great way to have a snapshot I can look back on — and it's interesting to see how my photography has changed, in subject and style, but also in improvements.
Rather than wait until the end of the year, I've looked back at my shots from January to July and picked out 30 that I like — ones that might make the final 10 come the New Year.
This year has been mainly focused on UK travel, and with no overseas trips planned for the rest of 2026 likely to remain that way. So this year's final 10 is likely to look different — without shots from favourites of recent years like Valencia, Brussels, Venice, and Budapest.
